We asked people around the world: What makes a person a true fan? The answers were: Attending concerts, buying merch, streaming music, and more. But how can fans really prove their fandom to their artist? And do artists actually know who their biggest fans are and why? So far, not at all. To make fans visible to their idols and, on the other hand, give artists a platform to reward their fans for their engagement, we have created reydix.

Reydix is the first overarching fan ecosystem in live entertainment – with the reydix fan app, the B2B app and the LiveTime Wristband. A groundbreaking technology, reshaping how people connect, socialize, entertain and share experiences in the world of artists, venues, brands and their fans. With reydix, for the first time, a real connection is possible.

Currently, we are further growing and are looking for a dedicated and experienced Head Of Product / Senior Product Owner to join our team on a full-time basis as of now. You’ll be part of a dynamic, agile team of 30 individuals, working in an innovative and tech-driven environment backed by experienced partners. With headquarters in the vibrant Piraeus district, just steps away from the waterfront, you’ll find inspiration in our surroundings and our team’s collective energy.

What you will be doing

Strategy & Vision

  • Building user stories from the product vision with the teams
  • Developing and continuously maintaining a detailed, transparent product roadmap
  • Ensuring the balance between new features and tech dept

Stakeholder & Partner Management

  • Working closely with internal stakeholders to coordinate requirements
  • Participation in discovery sessions with external partners to identify new business opportunities
  • Interviews with B2B and B2C users to derive well-founded insights

Backlog Management & Agile Processes

  • Development of epics and detailed user stories based on business goals
  • Preparation of backlog items for refinements and coordination with teams
  • Ensuring that the backlog is prioritized and each sprint and scrum ceremony is prepared in advance
  • Regular reviews and maintenance of the backlog in Jira

Sprint Coordination & Team Collaboration

  • Definition of sprint goals and identification of blockers and dependencies
  • Tracking of the sprint progress in collaboration with the Scrum Master
  • Minimization of scope changes during the sprint to ensure focus

Product Metrics & Release Management

  • Definition, tracking and reporting of key metrics such as feature adoption or time-to-market (product focus)
  • Evaluating the performance of new features after the release

Who you are

  • You have several years of in-depth professional experience as a product owner in a digital product company creating mobile apps and have sound knowledge working according to Scrum and its application in cross-functional teams.

  • You are adept at backlog management, user story writing and prioritization techniques to structure complex requirements from different stakeholder groups and translate them into a clear product strategy.

  • You are a strong facilitator and communicator - you enjoy communicating with stakeholders, development teams and designers to define and implement product features and a reliable roadmap.

  • You have very good analytical skills and extensive experience in monitoring metrics to make data-based decisions.

  • You have a process focus and are strong at managing workflows so that they run effectively and efficiently - also with remote teams.

  • You have a good technical understanding to be able to talk to our developers and designers at eye level and evaluate technical issues.

  • You proactively drive topics forward, take ownership of your area of responsibility without losing sight of a trusting cooperation with the teams.

  • You are passionate about music, live entertainment and innovative technology and have expertise in research processes.

  • You have in-depth knowledge of Jira and Confluence and are fluent in Greek and English - whether written or spoken.
