We asked people around the world: What makes a person a true fan? The answers were: Attending concerts, buying merch, streaming music, and more. But how can fans really prove their fandom to their artist? And do artists actually know who their biggest fans are and why? So far, not at all. To make fans visible to their idols and, on the other hand, give artists a platform to reward their fans for their engagement, we have created reydix.

Reydix is the first overarching fan ecosystem in live entertainment – with the reydix fan app, the B2B app and the LiveTime Wristband. A groundbreaking technology, reshaping how people connect, socialize, entertain and share experiences in the world of artists, venues, brands and their fans. With reydix, for the first time, a real connection is possible.

Currently, we are further growing and are looking for a dedicated and experienced Online Marketing Lead to join our team on a full-time basis as of now. You’ll be part of a dynamic, agile team of 30 individuals, working in an innovative and tech-driven environment backed by experienced partners. What you will be doing

  • You build up our online marketing department, set up important processes and structures and lead two creative minds: our art director and our social media manager.
  • As our coordinator and driver of all online marketing activities you collaborate with:
    • Artists, DJs, music festivals, venues and brands with the aim of raising reydix's profile globally through a consistent brand message.
    • Creators, industry partners and influencers to create viral marketing moments and leverage fan activation.
    • Ticketing platforms, streaming services, and brand sponsors to establish important marketing partnerships and prepare feature launches.
  • You develop growth marketing strategies and creative B2C campaigns, using best practices, to acquire and retain users at scale.
  • You manage and optimize our online presence and utilize suitable methods to maximize conversion rates and user retention on our newsletters, websites, landing pages and social channels.
  • You identify and test new fan engagement tactics, including gamification, referral programs, and interactive content.
  • With your expertise, you provide valuable input, decide which measures are most effective and when, and show us the best way to implement them.
  • You operate seamless monitoring, track relevant metrics (CAC, number of app installs, engagement rates, etc.) and use data insights, audience analysis and A/B tests to constantly optimize our content.
  • You work closely with the product and business teams to integrate monitoring insights into product development and align marketing efforts with platform features.
  • You always have one ear on the live entertainment market and identify new trends in channels, fandom and music at an early stage.

Who you are

  • You have initial leadership experience as well as several years of in-depth knowledge in planning and implementing effective online go-to-market strategies with a strong focus on user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • You have several years of profound expertise in multi-channel marketing campaigns including social media, influencer partnerships, paid media, events, and content marketing for an emotional B2C product.
  • You have hands-on experience with performance marketing, metrics monitoring and conversion optimization methods like A/B tests, heat maps, user behavior tracking, targeting and similar.
  • You have an understanding of fan communities and use your distinctive analytical skills and a data-driven approach to take the right measures at the right time.
  • You are a creative and innovative character with a talent for compelling storytelling, content creation and brand positioning.
  • You proactively drive topics, take ownership for your area of responsibility and are a strong communicator.
  • You have a structured and independent way of working, but also appreciate working in a team.
  • Ideally, you have been active in the areas of music, ticketing, events or entertainment in a start-up or scale-up - but this is not a must.
  • Language skills: You are fluent in Greek and English - both written or spoken.
